Built on published wellbeing research

Score your day on what actually makes you feel well.

Log your hours — sleep, a sea swim, time with your kids, the scrolling you'd rather not admit to. Goodday weights each one against the studies and tells you what your day did for you, and what to change tomorrow.

Sleep first

7–9 hours scores best. Too little or too much both pull your day down.

Restorative hours

Cold water, daylight, movement and real conversation earn the most points per hour.

Honest costs

Scrolling, doomscrolling and late-night screens subtract — with a small daily allowance.

How a day gets scored

Every day starts at 55. Each hour you log moves the number, with diminishing returns so no single activity can game the score.
